Much to be Thankful for!!!
Another Thanksgiving filled with love. We had Thanksgiving dinner with Alan's family and it was yummy and fun as always. We ended up coming back home that night, Alan had to work the next morning. But, no problem, still had a fun filled weekend. My mom, sister, brother and their little families came up here the day after Thanksgiving. We hung out, did some shopping, and played card games. It was my nephews weeding on Saturday, so we decided to make an extra fun weekend and spend it all together. I love hanging out with my family. We are loud, but fun. Pictures are hard to post when you forget to take any to begin with. Maybe my sisters will let me use some of theirs. Can you believe, Christmas is here in one month, and I have all my shopping done, (Alleluia). I actually made it to Shopko for the early morning Christmas specials. I came out with all my gifts and made new friends in the process. I would call it a job well done. I don't know how people can shop all day that day. I did my two hours and came home and slept for another three-four hours. I really do have so much to be grateful for. Not just this time of year but every day of my life. Alan and I have such amazing families, and kind friends. Wishing you all a holiday filled with love and happiness!!!

So last weekend I came to a conclusion that I need to go behind Kambrie and apologize to whomever she comes in contact with. If you have had the privilege of talking with Kambrie you have had the 20 question experience, literally. I don't know where she gets it, it takes everything to get anything out of Braedon. When she was 2 she would go up to my siblings and if they were eating anything she would ask"what is that? Can I have some." Anyways, my family got together this weekend. As most of you know, I come from a family of many nationalities. I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later. So, Kambrie, being the the curious one that she is, asked my older sister "why is Abbie so brown?" My niece is Hispanic and is darker than her siblings. I guess my sister didn't think that was very amusing. As if that wasn't enough, she decided to ask my younger sister who is oriental, "why are your eyes closed?" I was so embarrassed. I could do nothing but apologize. My sister on the other hand thought it was pretty funny and laughed. Alli, we love you, thank you for being such a good sport. Where do kids get these things? How do you explain things of this nature to a 3 year old? How is that for an exciting weekend? Alan is going to have the great experience of going to the Big Utah vs BYU game at the Rice Eccles Stadium. All I have to say is, you would have to be crazy to want to be in that kind of atmosphere. I'm an extremely competitive person there is no way I could handle it. I've read some quotes from fans on both sides. That would be me. I guess we'll see how many new kind words he comes back saying. Go Cougars!!!
Happy Thanksgiving to all my family and friends! I'm so thankful for all of you!

Huge BYU fans!!! Last home game of the season Nov. 8th, and Kambrie got lucky enough to go with the boys. She loves the games, but then again she is a daddy's girl. We made it to two games as a family the rest were Braedon and Alan. Sorry, we don't have pictures of that but we do kind of get into the game and forget.
Kambrie being one of the boys. She even knows some of the players names. It's enough to make any Daddy(Alan) Proud. Alan's favorite picture! She loves to give Cosmo high fives.
